Some patients are hopeful CBD oil may offer an all-natural remedy to their digestive woes. Not only does CBD have anti-inflammatory potential, it may help eliminate an anxiety-induced “queasy stomach feeling.” However, not everyone who takes CBD for digestion experiences positive results. In fact, digestive upset is one of CBD oil’s most common side effects.

It’s impossible to give a straight answer to whether CBD is good for conditions like IBS. While preliminary studies look promising, there’s not enough data on CBD’s effect on digestive health.
