A café that sells goods infused with cannabis could be about to come to Lancashire.

Mary-Jane’s Coffee, which has opened a café in Bristol, has confirmed to LancsLive that it hopes to expand to our county – with the first stop being Blackpool.

The café, which is named after a slang term for marijuana, revealed it has plans to open in the seaside resort as soon as this year.

The eatery will offer goods such as coffees, smoothies and milkshakes that will include Cannabidiol (CBD) infusion oil if customers wish.

CBD is a naturally occurring substance extracted, together with over 100 other nutrients, from hemp plants.


If taken regularly with food or drink it can support the body’s endocannabinoid system which helps maintain health and balance.
