A CANNABIS farm was found in Radcliffe yesterday, Monday, police have revealed.

Officers entered a property on Spring Lane before “dismantling” a cannabis farm and discovering that the electricity supply has been bypassed.

The site was then made safe and the class B drugs were destroyed, police said.

No arrests have been reported.

Pictures of cannabis plants were shared on social media.

A Bury police spokesman said: “Officers from the Radcliffe Neighbourhood Team continue to prevent crime and build public confidence.

“Yesterday (Monday) they dismantled a cannabis farm on Spring Lane, Radcliffe, where the electricity supply had been bypassed.

The property was made safe and the cannabis destroyed.”
