It could be because she is so accustomed to thriving in an out-of-the-box niche that she doesn’t notice, or care. Likely because in a few minutes, she knows any doubts about her and her area of practice will disappear once dialogue commences.
Bianchi, who started the Scottsdale firm Bianchi & Brandt with partner Justin Brandt in 2019, talked about high-profile sophisticated law firms with all-star attorney lineups in offices across the nation calling for her and Brandt’s assistance because the nuances and quirks of the legal marijuana industry are beyond their comprehension.
“You can read the rules, but unless you’ve lived the law and worked with clients and understand the industry, it’s difficult to navigate,” Bianchi said.
