A huge cannabis growing operation on two sites in Worcestershire were discovered after a tip off from the community.
Police searched an address in Worcester Road, Malvern and another in Highfield, Callow End, between Malvern and Worcester, on Tuesday (October 6), and found 100 cannabis plants at one address and 20 at the other.
Combined the plants have an estimated street value of around £120,000 and they were seized by officers.
A man, aged 55 and woman, aged 38 were arrested at the addresses on suspicion of cannabis cultivation, they have both been released on bail.
West Mercia Police‘s Worcester duty inspector, Tony Bush, said: “Acting on information from the community we have disrupted these cannabis cultivations which is part of Protect – our response to tackling serious and organised crime.
