A study published by The National Library of Medicine examined the safety and effects of cannabidiol it claims that “in general, the often described favorable safety profile of CBD in humans was confirmed”
The report also states that the most commonly reported side effects were tiredness, diarrhea, and changes of appetite/weight. When compared to other drugs used for treatment of medical conditions CBD was a better side effect therapy.
It concludes that further longer duration CBD studies need to be conducted with a larger number of participants.
