COLDWATER — Revolution Strains, Inc., could open Coldwater’s first recreational marijuana store in three to four months after the Coldwater Planning Commission approved the special use permit under the city’s new ordinance.
The business will take over Super Grand Buffet, put out of business by COVID-19. The city had advertised the location by mistake as 734 East Chicago, The Shoe Shack. The actual address is 740 East Chicago.
Planner Dean Walrack said it met all the conditions of the law, but would need to get in final plans and receive building permit before work can begin.
