Council will be discussing a concept study to make Shell Place Stadium into an all-weather indoor facility at a regular council meeting Tuesday.
The initial estimated cost of the project includes $89 million for the new facility, $7.2 million for site services, $7 million for architectural services, and $13 million for furniture fixtures and equipment.
Administration is also recommending that $7 million be taken from the Capital Infrastructure Reserve for the completion of the design. Once the design is complete, a proposed final budget would be brought to council.
The proposed design would include the Shell Place concourse, main level seating and the main entrance.
