Leaders in Sioux Falls held a news conference yesterday to discuss Initiated Measure 27, which marks the second attempt in recent years to legalize recreational marijuana in the state. Advocates said opponents are running a dishonest ad that claims the measure would “legalize drugs” and doesn’t mention cannabis once.
