More than $1.2 million worth of marijuana — equating to around 7,500 plants — was confiscated Friday by Delano police officers and state Cannabis Control Department personnel during a drug bust at two commercial properties.

Police executed a search warrant in the 1800 block of Glenwood Street and representatives from the California Tax and Free Administration assessed the plant’s value, the Delano Police Department wrote.
