For Sydney buyers seeking a completed new home with an elevated lifestyle, Beyond Hurstville’s latest release features design-focused residences that are move-in ready.

The Parker release is the third stage of three towers that will form the Beyond Hurstville precinct, just 16km south of Sydney.

The vibrant new mixed-use development is a collaboration between developer, Fridcorp and architect DKO, with interior design by Woods Bagot and landscaping by 360 Degrees.

Featuring 213 apartments, the Parker release ranges from $660,000 to $1.56 million with one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Availability is limited with over 50% already sold.

Fridcorp Director Nigel Givoni says Parker is a strong prospect for first-home buyers, owner-occupiers and investors who value high-quality architecture in a well-connected location.

“Hurstville has evolved into a highly sought-after suburb with an ever-growing population,” Givoni says.

“We wanted to provide a development that reflects the evolving needs of the buyer – a thriving destination that celebrates contemporary design with considered spaces and amenities.”

Givoni says there has been strong buyer interest from neighbouring suburbs and a rise in the number of purchasers from Sydney’s inner west and inner south.

PropTrack data shows Hurstville’s median unit price is currently $725,000, up 9.2% in the past 12 months, with a rental yield of 5% and a median weekly rent of $650.
