A former cannabis factory ravaged by fire is up for auction – with a starting price of £39k.
And while the Bartley Green property once boasted three bedrooms, all that now remains is a charred shell – and a mattress dumped in the front garden.
So fire damaged was the house, it no longer even had a roof in the auction pictures.
The house, on Adams Hill, was gutted in the raging inferno last August.
Five fire engines with 28 firefighters on board raced to the scene, near the intersection with Jiggins Lane, to battle the flames in the early hours of August 29.
When fire crews eventually managed to force their way inside, they discovered the terraced house was concealing a £60k cannabis grow.
Police were alerted and recovered around 60 plants which were later destroyed.
Since then, the ground floor of the house has been left boarded up – but the exposed roof and first floor windows show the true scale of the damage.
As well as being roof-less, there are appears to be nothing left standing upstairs – other than a chimney stack.
Prospective buyers will be expected to undertake a huge overhaul of the property – but, according to the auctioneers, could see a potential rental return of £700 a month.
