LAS VEGAS & TORONTO–()–Flower One Holdings Inc. (“Flower One” or the “Company”) (CSE: FONE) (OTCQX: FLOOF) (FSE: F11), a leading cannabis cultivator and producer in Nevada, is pleased to announce today that several vendors have agreed to convert their debt into equity shares of Flower One. These transactions are part of the Company’s restructuring plan that was released in late January, when the Company announced various financial and operational restructurings – including the receipt of US$10.1M on convertible-debt funding.
