GREENVILLE — On the subject of allowing businesses to grow or sell marijuana commercially, be it recreational, medical or both, members of the Greenville City Council can agree on one thing — they want more time to discuss it.

During the council’s Oct. 20 meeting, an agenda item to consider whether to take action on the pursuit of a marijuana ordinance was discussed thoroughly.
