Hawai’i may soon join nearly two dozen US states that have decriminalized marijuana possession in small amounts, along with Washington, D.C.
The Honolulu Star Advertiser reported this week that a bill to decriminalize marijuana possession has now received a majority of final votes in favor from both the Senate and House, and has been sent to Governor David Ige for final review and approval.
