Jackson police seize over 6 pounds of high grade marijuana and more Friday

Jackson Police Vice and Narcotics seized over 6 pounds of high-grade marijuana with a street value of approximately $30K was captured Friday.They also captured two assault rifles.Two 21-year-old men, Marquavios Jermane Adams and Quinterius Lavashun Hayes, were arrested.Police state that both individuals were charged with possession and the sale of marijuana with intent with a firearm within 1,500 ft of a church.This is an ongoing investigation.
