Kelly’s Greens to Open Store in TosaPosted by On


On Friday, Erin Kelly, owner of local CBD bakery Kelly’s Greens, closed on a space for the its first brick-and-mortar store. The city of Wauwatosa approved a conditional use permit for the business, allowing Kelly to operate a commercial kitchen and make her famous fresh-baked CBD goods in-house.

Since launching in the fall of 2021, Kelly’s Greens has made a name for itself by selling organic gummies and baked goods infused with CBD and Delta-8 and -9 at a handful of Milwaukee-area businesses, pop-ups and online. Starting this summer, customers over the age of 21 can purchase products at the new boutique in Wauwatosa.

“When we’ve had pop-ups in Tosa, it has been by far the most supportive community for our business,” says Kelly. “We’re happy to be able to help them source some good products to make them feel better.”

The shop will open next to Ray’s Wine & Spirits at 8932 W. North Ave., a short commute for Kelly. “Having a business close to our home is important to us,” she says. “To be able to walk two blocks away, brew a pot of coffee and make a batch of cookies – that American dream is what we were going for.”
