AT NPS.GOV. TWO DAVIDSON COUNTY MEN ARE ACCUSED OF SELLING DRUGS OUT OF AN OLD CHURCH. DEPUTIES ARRESTED THESE TWO MEN, MATTHEW AND JOSH PRICE. BOTH MEN ARE FACING SEVERAL CHARGES. THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAYS THEY GOT A TIP ON SUNDAY ABOUT DRUG ACTIVITY AT THE OLD SOUTHSIDE BAPTIST CHURCH IN LEXINGTON. INVESTIGATORS SAY JOSH PRICE WAS LIVING IN THE FELLOWSHIP HALL AND WAS GROWING MARIJUANA. WE’RE TOLD THE CHURCH HAD BEEN CLOSED SINCE THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC AND WAS NOT BEING USED. DURING THE SEARCH, DEPUTIES SEIZED. 12 POUNDS OF MARIJUANA AND 20 POT PLANTS. THEY ALSO FOUND 32G OF MAGIC MUSHROOMS.
