LITTLETON — Police have issued a summons for a father and son from Maine to appear in court, after a reported traffic stop that led to the seizure of more than 10 pounds of marijuana.

In a press release, Police Chief Matthew Pinard said a 29-year-old man of Brewer, Maine, and a 49-year-old man from Hampden, Maine, were each issued summons on charges of possession of a Class D drug, and possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute.

The two men, who were not named, will be arraigned at a later date, the press release said.
