A man has died after falling from the fifth floor of a hostel balcony in the Brisbane CBD overnight.
Emergency services were called to Nomads Backpacker Hostel on Edward Street just before 9.30pm yesterday but he died at the scene.
A police spokesperson has confirmed his death is not being treated as suspicious. A report will be prepared for the coroner.
9News reports the death is being treated as a misadventure.
