Medical marijuana sales in Arkansas set a record in 2022.

Medical marijuana patients in Arkansas spent $276.3 million in 2022 at the state’s 38 dispensaries to obtain 50,547 pounds.

This was the largest year for sales since the industry launched in 2019. It surpassed the previous record of $264.9 million in 2021.

Natural Relief Dispensary (Sherwood) had the largest year with 5,029 pounds sold while Suite 443 (Hot Springs) followed with 3,724 pounds.The Arkansas Department of Health reports 89,855 active patient cards.
