BOSTON – State regulators have voted to approve three final licenses for Sira Naturals to cultivate, produce and transport adult-use marijuana at its Milford location, even as questions lingered over the company’s ownership status.

By a 4-0-1 vote Thursday, the Cannabis Control Commission – the state’s adult-use regulatory body – approved the licenses but said it will not issue formal notices needed for Sira Naturals to begin operations in Milford until after the CCC performs another inspection of the facility, at 13 Commercial Way.
