DEXTER — Per a request made by an establishment in town, the Dexter Town Council amended an ordinance on marijuana businesses during a March 9 meeting.
Medical marijuana manufacturing facilities and adult use marijuana products manufacturing facilities are both now permitted, provided all necessary state and local authorizations and permits have been obtained.

Medical marijuana manufacturing facilities and adult use marijuana products manufacturing facilities are both now permitted, provided all necessary state and local authorizations and permits have been obtained. Previously both types of business had been limited to marijuana extraction only.
In January the council renewed the medical marijuana manufacturing license for Delta Solutions.
