Over 50 cannabis plants have been seized after police carried out a drugs raid in North Ormesby.
Police seized the plants after reports from members of the public regarding concerns about a cannabis farm.
A raid was subsequently carried out at a property in Beaumont Road on Friday, September 25.
When officers gained access, they found that other rooms in the building were being prepared for further crops.
A statement from Cleveland Police said: “Acting on this information, officers gained entry to a property and over 50 plants were located and seized.
“Three rooms inside the property were also in the process of being prepared for further crops.
“No arrests have been made at this time but inquiries are ongoing.”
