Over P1-M marijuana seized in Antipolo buy-bust
Some 11 kilos of dried marijuana leaves worth more than P1 million were seized by police from a woman in a buy-bust operation in Antipolo City Thursday night, Oct. 13.
The Region 4 A Police and Rizal Police Provincial Office (PPO) identified the arrested suspect as Maria Victoria Perito, tagged as a high-value individual.
Perito was nabbed after selling a brick of dried marijuana valued at P1,320,000 to a police officer who posed as a buyer on Grand Heights Road in Barangay San Roque, Antipolo City.
