Also introduced, Bill 5 by Senator William Parkinson, which would end marijuana drug testing under what he calling the Responsible Cannabis User Employment Protection Act. Excluding any federal mandates, the measure would stop employers, landlors, colleges and local government agencies to drug test for marijuana.
