In separate hearings Tuesday, the city of Ukiah will consider renewing a permit for a cannabis operation that has yet to open, and consider a request to divide a parcel of land at the end of Airport Park Boulevard into three plots.
At 9 a.m. Feb. 16, city Zoning Administrator Craig Schlatter will consider an application by Jay Donnellan of Wine Country Cannasseurs to renew a permit the city previously approved to operate a business that includes cannabis cultivation, distribution and retail in three storefronts along East Smith Street in downtown Ukiah.
The permit for 270, 272 and 274 E. Smith St. was first approved in February of 2020, and though the business is not yet operational, the permit is up for renewal. According to staff, no changes to the permit are proposed,” with the exception of removing two Managers/Owners from the business.”
