The McGowan Government is a step closer to building a new public primary school in Perth’s centre to ease pressure on overcrowded inner-city schools — with East Perth cited as a possible location.
A spokesman for Education Minister Tony Buti revealed a business case for a new primary school “to address enrolment pressures” was in the process of “being finalised”.
