BEREA, Ohio — Improper handling of a firearm-marijuana possession, West Bagley Road: A Garfield Heights man, 20, a Cleveland man, 21, and a Cleveland man, 20, were arrested at about 2:30 a.m. Jan. 26 after police found a .357 caliber revolver — containing five live rounds and one round that had been fired — in their car.
Police had stopped the men’s Chevrolet Malibu after seeing the car turn right at a red light without stopping from North Rocky River Drive to West Bagley. The car was also traveling 38 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Police saw a marijuana cigar in the rear passenger door compartment, next to the 21-year-old Cleveland man. The driver — the Garfield Heights man — denied that anything illegal was in the car. When police asked all three men to exit the car, the marijuana cigar was gone. Police asked the men what happened to it….
