NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Pursuant to M.G.L., Ch. 40A, §5, §9, and §11, and pursuant to the Rowley Protective Zoning Bylaw (“the Zoning Bylaw”) and the Rowley Planning Board Rules and Regulations, the Rowley Planning Board will hold the following public hearings on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at the times specified below.  The meeting during which the public hearings will be held will be held in the Town Annex building meeting room located at 39 Central Street beginning at 7pm:   

1. 7:00 pm – New Public Hearing – Zoning Bylaw Amendment Proposal – amend the language of the definition for “Marijuana product manufacturer” specified in Section 2.0 (Definitions) of the Rowley Protective Zoning Bylaw, to permit marijuana product manufacturing operations located in the Business Light Industry (BLI) zoning district to provide direct-to-consumer delivery. 

2. 7:10 pm — New Public Hearing – Site Plan Review Application submitted by Kim Lewis and Charles Javery (Applicants) of 852 Lafayette Road, Hampton, NH, on behalf of Clark L’Abbe (property owner) of 34 Elliot Street, Danvers, MA, for the operation of a Kennel pursuant to Sections 4.7.2 (d) (BLI district uses) and 7.6 (Site Plan Review) of the Zoning Bylaw, on property located at 104 Newburyport Turnpike.  The property is also identified as Assessors Map 14, Lot 14-2, located in the Business Light Industry (BLI)…
