SALINE, MI – Another marijuana dispensary has plans to come to Saline following City Council’s Monday, Nov. 21, meeting.
During this meeting, city council members approved with conditions two special land uses for adult use marijuana retailers and one special land use for a medical marijuana provisioning center. These special land uses are for 813 W. Michigan Ave. and 660 E. Michigan Ave.
Following this approval, the applicants are required to receive final site plan approval with the city.

A vacant lot at 813 W. Michigan Ave. that was once a hair salon is now on its way to selling both medical and recreational marijuana following final site plan approval.
The applicant, Compassionate Advisors LLC, plans to remodel the existing 1,760 square foot suite to create its retail space. This location is in an existing three tenant commercial building with a liquor store and dance studio on both sides.
The space plans to operate as a company called Pincanna that currently has three other locations in Kalkaska, East Lansing and Kalamazoo.

During the process of receiving approval for its special land uses, some concerns arose regarding the location’s parking.
