(“Skyworks”) and Airo1 LLC (“Airo1”) are announcing an agreement for Airo1 to produce SparrowHawk III kits for American Autogyro Inc., a subsidiary of Skyworks. This agreement will restart SparrowHawk production in response to demand for the aircraft from both domestic and international customers.
