Legislation looking to bar individuals from being denied a license to sell marijuana based on the job of their spouse is headed toward Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s desk after House lawmakers gave it an overwhelming green light Tuesday.
A Senate substitute was concurred in by a 93-9 vote. It now heads to the governor for her signature.
