REIGN

With stately arched windows that overlook Town Hall and bathe the white marble interior with natural light, this chic Champagne bar on Level 1 of the iconic Queen Victoria Building is a firm favourite for long lunches and after-work drinks.

But this centrally-located venue’s regal setting is also a right royal option for a quick midday meal.

Reign’s venue manager Anthea Auville says, “We’re so excited to be a part of this year’s festivities with American Express delicious.

Month Out, and to share our newest express menu offering with both new and old friends of Reign.

The power lunch is the ultimate retreat for busy CBD workers and weary shoppers”.

For $39, diners have a choice of main and side dishes plus a glass of house wine.

For something light, the tender confit salmon with a delicate cucumber velouté (sauce) and cos lettuce salad is a popular choice but, come winter, the sceptre is handed to the hearty potato gnocchi and moist chicken breast.

Available Wednesday-Saturday, 12pm-3pm.
