Bengaluru: Real estate company Emerald Haven Realty (TVS Emerald) has bought 1.1 acres in Bengaluru’s central business district (CBD). The land is estimated to have a developable potential of over Rs 400 crore in revenue.
Sriram Iyer, president & CEO of TVS Emerald, said this is the company’s second project in Bengaluru, after the recent launch of another project in Singasandra. “This new project in CBD will cater to the uber luxury residential segment. The project is expected to be launched in FY24,” he said TVS Emerald is an associate of TVS Motor. It has delivered about 2.4 million sqft of residential developments in Chennai. tnn
