Law enforcers confiscated more than P4.5-million worth of suspected illegal drugs, including vape cartridges containing marijuana juice, according to the Bureau of Customs (BOC) – Port of Clark and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
The operation at the Clark International Airport led to the discovery of around 200 pieces of vape devices allegedly containing traces of marijuana juice extract, according to a BOC report.
The package with declared content of “denim jeans” arrived in Clark on May 16, the report added.
The suspected illegal drugs amounting to a total of P4.5 million were turned over to PDEA.
The unlawful substances will be destroyed upon issuance of a court order, according to PDEA.
