Ed lives in Colorado Springs, an anti-recreational town, and is trying to get the prohibition of Colorado Springs city council overturned by a vote of the residents. Colorado Springs bans recreational shops and has ordered the closing of the city's cannabis clubs within 8 years. There are legal challenges to that.
