Midland’s 75 District Court
File photoA Beaverton duo was recently jailed for manufacturing and delivery of more than 45 kilograms of marijuana or over 200 marijuana plants and felony firearms charges.
Ramon Pereira, 30, posted a $100,000 cash surety bond in Midland County’s 75th District Court.
Maria Fernandez, 29, also is charged with the same offenses. she posted a $50,000 cash surety bond.
Pereira and Fernandez are due back in District Court for a probable cause hearing at 1 p.m. June 7. A preliminary exam is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. June 21.
The couple was originally arrested on Jan. 11. They were arraigned Wednesday and lodged in the Midland County Jail before posting bail.
