Narcotics worth about EUR 70,000 were found in a car with Macedonian registration plates at Kapitan Andreevo border crossing. The vehicle was driven by a citizen of North Macedonia.
The man traveled alone from North Macedonia to Turkey via Bulgaria. 76 vacuum-sealed bags containing over 33 kilograms of cannabis were seized. The 58-year-old driver was remanded in custody.
