Bethany, MO: Missouri residents will be voting on a number of amendments and initiatives in next Tuesday’s election.
The statewide issue drawing most of the attention is Constitutional Amendment No. 3 which would remove state prohibitions on purchasing, possessing, consuming, manufacturing or selling marijuana for personal consumption to adults over 21.
