MUSKEGON, MI – A portion of the City of Muskegon’s $622,000 in marijuana revenue will be used for clinics to help citizens clear convictions from their criminal records.

The city’s share of licensing fees and excise taxes in 2022 totaled $622,095, a significant increase over the $451,628 received for 2021, according to state figures.
