Property magnate Randal Humich has made a $48 million addition to the family’s property portfolio — worth hundreds of millions of dollars — with the biggest CBD retail property sale of the year.
Mr Humich, who has emerged as one of the biggest retail landlords in the CBD, bought the 1705sqm property at 96 and 110 William Street, and 255 Murray Street.
