The Bonds are back in the CBD, with Banjo Bond continuing the family legacy in Perth city after his Cosgrove Group forked out $35 million for a Murray Street Mall retail complex.
Cosgrove bought the 3000sqm shops, currently home to international retailer Zara and national clothing chain City Beach, from developer JJ Leach.
