EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Three people are facing marijuana dealing charges in Evansville after police say they pulled them over on Wednesday night.

EPD officers say they pulled over a driver in the area of Rotherwood Avenue and Franklin Street around 9 p.m. after watching them roll through a four-way stop.

Police say Romario Delva, Jean Baptiste Anel, and Marcelin Jeans were all in the car.

During the investigation, officers say they had the three men step out of the vehicle. They say that’s when they spotted a small baggie of marijuana in a seat.

In total, police say they found a grinder and eight baggies of marijuana with a combined weight of just over 21 grams.

Delva, Jeans, and Anel were booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on charges of dealing marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
