PITTSFORD, N.Y. — The village of Pittsford will hold a referendum on February 8 on whether to allow marijuana dispensaries and lounges within its borders.
Two questions will be on the ballot, one about dispensaries and another about consumption lounges.
The village opted out of the state marijuana law in December to allow residents to vote on the matter directly. The town of Pittsford also opted out.
Referendum voting will take place at the village hall from noon – 9 p.m. or by requesting an absentee ballot.
